SW11, Battersea. Newborn due in early May. Live in, permanent. Live out considered. The family are seeking an experienced and confident nanny who has proven history looking after newborns. There are two older children aged 2 and 4 but this position is focussed on caring for the baby. Travel will be required, approximately every 2 to 3 months and all related expenses are covered. This is a 6 day per week position with some flexibility required at weekends. Hours are 9am-8/9pm. Must speak fluent English and the ability to speak Ukrainian would be helpful but not necessary. Duties are caring for the baby but also occasionally supervising one or two of the older children after school. If happy to do additional household duties then the family are open to salary adjustments. Accommodation provided is separate bedroom and bathroom. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. SW18, Wandsworth. Live in nanny required to look after 2 children - a 3 and a 4 year old (both boys). The hours will be Monday-Friday 7.00am-6.30pm with 2 nights baby sitting during the weekdays. The nanny MUST be a confident London driver as the nanny will be required to do the school and nursery drop offs and pick ups each day. The nanny should have a mature outlook and experience with both ages. The family do have a dog so must be dog friendly and should be happy walking the dog once or twice each day, there is a park behind the house. The nanny will have her own bedroom and share a bathroom with the children. She will be required to do all typical nursery duties. The 3 year old will be at nursery some of the time. The nanny will have the use of a car for work related journeys.
The nanny should have energy and enthusiasm and be able to stimulate both boys with age related activities and encourage their learning through play.

Jersey, live in nanny with separate accommodation. A family moving to Jersey in March are looking for a live in nanny. There are 2 children ages 3.5 (G) and 2.5 (B) years old, there is a baby due in September. The position will be primarily sole charge, the mother may be around for some of the time so there will be some shared care. Monday-Friday 7.00am-6.00pm. On occasions the nanny may be asked to proxy parent if the parents have to go away for a night or 2,  occasionally the nanny may be asked to work at weekends, time off will be given in lieu or an option of overtime pay. The nanny MUST be able to drive. The family are looking for someone who is energetic, be able to think on their feet and have experience with small children and ideally with newborn as well. The family live in a rural position so the nanny must be happy with being in the countryside. There is a great deal of outdoor life on Jersey with wonderful beaches etc. so the nanny should be a strong swimmer and enjoy this type of life. 15 minutes drive to St Helier. 

This is a long term position and the family are looking for someone who is prepared to become part of the family. There is a separate 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen and living room in the grounds of the house available for the nanny to use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • School/nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.

  • Engaging in educational play and supporting school/nursery learning.

  • Arranging trips and playdates.

  • Preparing nutritious meals for the children (and weekday meals for parents; managing a non-airborne peanut allergy for one child).

  • Weekly bed changes, laundry, ironing and tidying children’s rooms.

  • General housekeeping duties (shared with a cleaner).

  • Running errands and assisting with appointments.
