Jersey, live in nanny with separate accommodation. A family moving to Jersey in March are looking for a live in nanny. There are 2 children ages 3.5 (G) and 2.5 (B) years old, there is a baby due in September. The position will be primarily sole charge, the mother may be around for some of the time so there will be some shared care. Monday-Friday 7.00am-6.00pm. On occasions the nanny may be asked to proxy parent if the parents have to go away for a night or 2,  occasionally the nanny may be asked to work at weekends, time off will be given in lieu or an option of overtime pay. The nanny MUST be able to drive. The family are looking for someone who is energetic, be able to think on their feet and have experience with small children and ideally with newborn as well. The family live in a rural position so the nanny must be happy with being in the countryside. There is a great deal of outdoor life on Jersey with wonderful beaches etc. so the nanny should be a strong swimmer and enjoy this type of life. 15 minutes drive to St Helier. 

This is a long term position and the family are looking for someone who is prepared to become part of the family. There is a separate 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen and living room in the grounds of the house available for the nanny to use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • School/nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.

  • Engaging in educational play and supporting school/nursery learning.

  • Arranging trips and playdates.

  • Preparing nutritious meals for the children (and weekday meals for parents; managing a non-airborne peanut allergy for one child).

  • Weekly bed changes, laundry, ironing and tidying children’s rooms.

  • General housekeeping duties (shared with a cleaner).

  • Running errands and assisting with appointments.

Marbella, Spain. Rota nanny for 8 month old. Start ASAP #5443

Marbella, Spain. We are looking for a rota nanny, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (or could be 1 month on and 1 month off) 24/7.

There is an 8 month old little girl who has had a maternity nurse and is in a good routine, she sleeps well. At the start of the position the nanny will share a room with the little girl and will have a  private bathroom but this will change and the nanny will have her own room next to the baby.

The nanny will be expected to have extensive baby experience and be able to carry on with the routine that the maternity nurse has started and to keep the parents up to date with the baby’s development and progress.

The nanny will be responsible for all of the little girls needs and to assist with weaning, and to be able to encourage learning and development with age related toys / games etc. 

The house is fully staffed. There is high security within the home and when out. The nanny will be expected to work as a team with the other nanny and other members of staff. There will be occasional travel to Tenerife. There is a driver so the nanny will not be required to drive.

The nanny MUST have an EU passport and have excellent spoken and written English.

The family will pay for the return trips at the start and end of each rota position so a home base is essential.

Must have an enhanced DBS and ideally be on the update service and have recently completed a paediatric first aid course.

NW1 Regents Park and Saudi Arabia. Live in nanny. Start asap #5427

NW1, Regents Park and Saudi Arabia. Nanny required on a live in basis (sep accommodation) to look after 2 children who are 2 and 3 years old. Either 5 or 6 days per week (TBC) and 10 hours per day (starting around 10.00am). The house is fully staffed in both homes.

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Day Nanny to provide care for our 2 children. The ideal candidate will ensure the children's comfort and safety throughout the day and assist with daily routines and activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor the children throughout the day, attending to any needs or disturbances.

- Comfort and engage the children with educational and play activities and help stimulate their learning through play.

- Change nappies as needed during the day and help with potty training.

- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.

- Assist with the children's daily routine, including dressing, and nap times.

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment including all typical nursery duties.

- Be flexible and adaptable to the family's needs and schedule.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a nanny, especially with infants and toddlers.

- Strong understanding of child development and daytime care routines.

- Ability to stay attentive and engaged throughout the day.

- Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.

- First Aid and DBS Check essential.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

- Must be proactive and be able to support and organise the other nannies each day, reporting to the mother and/or the PA each day.

- The nanny should be looking for a long term position.

- Must be ready and flexible to travel when needed.

There will be approx 6 months of the year spent in Saudi Arabia and 6 months in London. The nanny will share a separate apartment with the other nannies and will have own bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

There will be bonuses when travelling and also at other times of the year.
